Terms of Service !

Commissioned artworks are used for personal use only! It is not be used for commercial use, and cannot be sold for personal gain.

Commissions may appear on my social media accounts/portfolio. The completed piece, speedpaints, as well as the works in progress, as it will be used for presentation/samples. (Please let me know if you are uncomfortable with this! )

Multiple references are highly encouraged! Please send me as many details and photos of the subject as possible!

Tracing, editing, copying, modifying, or altering the commissioned artwork is strictly not allowed. Adjusting colors and resizing will be taken into consideration.

Clients must be available to respond in the provided contacts referred in the contact section.

The prices will often come up higher depending on the complexity of the piece. Prices will be discussed in the price section.

Photos of updates on the piece will be sent after each step of the artwork (sketch, lineart, flat colors).

The client is not allowed to claim and sell my works as well as use it for NFTS nor to be used in AI Art.

Commissioned art may be shared but it is highly advisable that you credit the artist.

The artist has the right to decline a commission if the requested commission concept/pose/design is uncomfortable or unable to draw.

PAYMENT POLICY
ㅤPaypal / Paymaya / GCash / Ko-fi ㅤare my current available payment methods. Acceptable currencies are US Dollars and Philippine Pesos. I will proceed to begin with the drawing as soon as 50% of the payment has been transmitted and validated with an invoice. The latter will be followed before I send the final product. Pending payments are considered unsuccessful after a week, and the slot will be revoked.

TURNAROUND POLICY
ㅤㅤMy turnaround time varies from a day to a month depending on the complexity of the artwork. Rush artworks include an additional fee to be discussed with the artist. Artworks will be sent in .PNG file.

REVISION POLICY
ㅤㅤRevisions are allowed, however, be informed that there will be additional fees that varies depending on the amount of changes that need to be done. (request revisions during the sketching phase of the commission to avoid paying additional fees)

REFUND POLICY
ㅤㅤFull refunds are only available prior to beginning the commission, 50% refund once the sketch has been finished, and no refunds once the artist has proceeded to the next procedure of the commission.
